It is a little earlier than normal this year, but the town is in full Holiday mode already. Gigi & I spent all of the 13th making victorian ornaments to be used inside the museum. Sunday was spent decorating the inside of the museum. Monday the Friends of Dahlonega Gold Museum came together to decorate the outside of the building & grounds. The black iron railings on the grounds were wrapped with garland & white fairy lights. Every few feet a crimson accent bow was added. On the heavy iron gate we added festive garland, gold & crimson ornaments, and deep burgundy bows & ribbons. COME VISIT & TAKE YOUR HOLIDAY PICTURES! Wouldn't the gate be a fantastic HOLIDAY CARD?
