Sometimes I get asked to 're-make' something that has become threadbare of a few years of use. This wreaths are one such item. The originals had no rhyme or reason to the flowers and many were missing in action (poor souls). And the original ribbons wear long faded to pastels. The flowers probably originally had a pattern- but over the years of being yanked off (and put back) they looked a bit rough.
24 extra flowers and new bows went into each. This picture is the result. Now they are ready to come on out again for every patriotic holiday. I would of loved to make the pattern a bit more even- but the flowers I did have just wouldn't 'fit'.
